House Rules
**IMPORTANT** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO shoes inside
NO pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO excessive guests
NO charging of electric vehicles
NO mailing packages to our address
NO parties or events
NO illegal substances on premises
Noise curfew 10 PM
Children must be supervised when playing outside
Use playground, trampoline & hot tub at your own risk
Shower before entering the hot tub
Turn off the jets and replace the cover after each hot tub use
PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
** Smoking inside: $250
** Pets on property: $250
** Charging of electric vehicles: $500
** Stolen/damaged towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size
** Stains on rugs: $10 per stain
** Late Checkout Past 11 AM without our consent: $75
** Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $150
** Grill left uncleaned: $25
** Misuse of hot tub (ex: food, broken glass, excessive dirt): $150
